Karen Weil

Karen has worked with children and families since she was a young child, and began a private preschool at age 18. In the field of Early Childhood Education for over 40 years owning private schools ranging from Preschool through 12th grade with additional homeschooling programs and adolescents camps for kids health and fitness. Karen received her certificate in Early Childhood Education, and became a qualified director for private schools continuing her education at Cal State Northridge, UCLA, and UC Davis as well as certification for both special needs children and activities director after which she worked at Sun Valley Children’s Center for extended life care as the Activity Director.

She extended her involvement teaching classes at Los Angeles Valley College in Early Childhood Education and the business of owning and operating a private school, classes for parents and teachers through the Child Care Research Center, and reading and physical education in Burbank Unified School District. Additionally she spent time consulting for a special needs center for handicapped children in New York.

Having struggled with eating disorders since she was a small child and going through all the cycles of Anorexia, Bulimia, and Obesity, weighing 398 lbs. A practicing Clinical Hypnotherapist she specializes in Eating Disorders in young children and adults and ran support groups through Eating Disorder Institute Of California.

In following a need to help herself through these experiences she came to bring love, laughter and harmony to others through caring and empathy.

Kira Wagner has more than 30 years of experience as an Educator, Entrepreneur, Networker, Speaker, Coach, Trainer and Facilitator in the areas of performance, self-development, and communication.

In addition to being a Certified Trainer with The Success Principles, she is a Certified Holistic Life Coach and Master Reiki Practitioner having received her advanced degree from the Institute of Metaphysical Humanistic Science. Kira is an active volunteer in the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, a non-profit organization serving their members and communities through activities based on the principles of Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love, and Fidelity.

Born to blind parents and reinforced through her service in the United States Marine Corps, she learned early that the only limits to success are those we place on ourselves.
